Dear Sir/Madam
The vehicle in question is in a private carpark, the responsibility
For removing vehicles abandoned in a private car park lies with the
landowner and must be reported to them, in the first instance. If the vehicle is not removed, a report can be made to customer services. The council will then charge the owner for removing the vehicle from their land.

Dear CSRep,
Thank you for your reply.
It is not clear to me who is responsible for the car park, which belongs to No’s 1 – 5 xxxxx Road. Three of the houses belong to London Borough of Ealing (Ealing homes?), with two having been bought by the tenants.
Please advise further.

I think the majority of Southall residents receive the same shoddy treatment from the council. I for one have had enough and am in the process of relocating to another borough. I appreciate the vast majority cannot simply afford to move out, I guess I am one of the lucky ones.
Good luck with the campaign.

i would like to point out that it is not only southall residence that have been ignored by ealing council also if you just look at all other areas around ealing it is quite noticable who gets all the tax payers money it is only ealing, Northolt Hanwell, west Ealing, Acton and southall look down trodden and poor areas compared to the only place that seems to count to the council which is EALING, yet we all pay the council tax
