One Response to Ealing Hospital Under Threat

  1. SOS says:

Ealing Hospital SOS (SUPPORT OUR SERVICES) group is a non-profit community group set up to fight these plans and to mobilize the community behind supporting these vital services so they remain on site and continue to benefit the local people.

A public meeting to be hosted by Ealing Hospital SOS campaign has been arranged, details as follows:

    Date: Wednesday 28/4/10
    Time: 7-9 pm
Venue: Dormers Wells High School, Dormers Wells Lane, UB1

    Invited speakers so far include
Speaker from Keep Our NHS public (Likely Jackie
    Davis/Bronwen Handyside)
    PPCs for Southall
    Virendra Sharma (Labour)
    Gurcharan Singh (Conservative)
    Nigel Bakhai (Lib Dem)

We are hoping for a large turn out. We need to show politicians that people really care about this issue. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, indeed this will be the main focus of the evening and the speeches will be very brief to allow this. Local people affected by these proposals need to be told about the meeting. Please come yourself. Local people need to hear what those who would wish to represent them are prepared to do to secure the future of the acute services on site at Ealing and what sort of future it will have under whoever forms the next government.

Please let everybody know, and see you there!
